Welcome to Supports Beacon. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website SupportsBeacon.com and mobile application (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2.2 License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

You retain ownership of content you submit through our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Interfere with the operation of our Services or servers.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

  • Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code.

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

  • Use automated means to harvest information from our Services.

5. Mobile Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive text message alerts from Supports Beacon, you agree to the following:

  • Message Frequency: You may receive up to five (5) messages per month.

  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

  • Opting Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message.

  • Help & Support: For help, reply HELP, email us at info@supportsbeacon.com, or call 123-456-7890.

  • Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Use them at your own discretion.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Warranty

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or accuracy. All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Supports Beacon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supports Beacon and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Mexico.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New Mexico, pursuant to the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration association. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Supports Beacon concerning the Services.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision will be deemed a waiver of any other or future breach.

12.4 Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
